About Odense International School

Odense International School opened in 2011 and operates with Henriette Hørlücks Skole, founded in 1870 in the heart of Odense. The city is a knowledge-based hub for medicine, research, robots, and drone technology. Our colleagues represent over 15 nationalities, and our 220 students speak 45+ languages. Our families are here due to both short- and long-term stays and are comprised of both internationals and Danish repatriates.

Our educational offer is based on Cambridge Assessment International Education for students, starting in Primary 1 and ending with the 2-year long IGCSE programme for Secondary 10 and 11 students. Our Danish department has 470 students and offers a Semi-International programme, which provides additional English instruction from native English speakers. Students from both OIS and HHS share campuses, morning assembly, and class trips, as we believe in building the cross-cultural experience of all our students.

If you are interested in becoming a part of our team, please send your cover letter and CV, preferably together in one PDF file, to office@hhskole.dk.

You are also welcome to follow our page on LinkedIn, where official job postings will be shared.

Student Teaching Internships

In the case that there could be an opening, we welcome hearing from you. Please send your application letter and CV in one PDF file to office@hhskole.dk. Please note that student teaching internships are arranged at least six months in advance.
